Explain the concept of quark mixing
Relate the Cabibbo angle and the CKM matrix
Idenify valid weak Feynman-diagrams by checking for correct quark transitions
Understand and apply the concept of helicity and compare it to chirality

Warmup your students: ask activating questions at the beginning and at the end of the lesson
