Introduction

This e-book is intended to help students in the Food Science Curriculum in clear communication in Thesis projects, as well as laboratory reports and other scientific texts. General guidelines for structures and editing are given. However, one should keep in mind that different scientific disciplines may have own conventions in style, which should be respected.
