Students should be able to:
- Explain the concept and different types of radioactive decay, and accompanying radiation
- Calculate the half-life of a radioactive isotope given its exponential decay curve.
- Compare the stopping behaviour of different ionizing radiation in matter
- Apply coordinates & time in order to describe kinematic processes.
- Calculate velocity as the momentary rate of change of position.
Warmup your students! Ask two activating questions at the beginning and at the end of the lesson
